The multi-table parsers (by registry name) and their SectionSpec: which sub-frame each returns by default and which section names it accepts.

Remarks

A parser's presence here is what makes the flat wrapper dispatch (and parseEndpoint) pass section through. Mirrored in tools/codegen/endpoints/flat_parser_sections.yaml; a test keeps the two equal, so an entry added here needs the YAML edit too.
