Per-request timeout for a release download. With the default axios transport (follow-redirects) the timeout is a wall-clock timer only until the response headers arrive, then a socket-idle timer — so it does not cap a slow 55 MB body there. Other transports (fetch / impit) may bound the whole request, so release downloads get a longer default than the 30 s global one. Override per call with timeoutMs.
