What request() passes to AuthProvider.apply and AuthProvider.refresh.

Remarks​

transport is the family's resolved transport, so a provider's own login / mint call goes through the same user-configured transport without re-entering auth.

request?​

On refresh only: the request (before auth was applied) whose credentials failed, so a provider holding several sessions refreshes the one it used.
